Monitoring the trends of the industry, and seeing so many of the unscrupulous activities and tall tales some used to gain new business and cheat their vendors or clients, our new mission became shifting focus from arbitrage to genuine, internally generated traffic.
This mentality saw the birth of LeadBaron, where all media buys happen in-house, transparency is king, and a tech team capable of implementing and scaling
large campaigns with the latest and greatest methodologies was recruited. Miles’ passion is only outpaced by his goal of creating a brand around himself as a real person
behind the business, forming real connections with his team and clients, and bringing his small town upbringing in rural Connecticut to the forefront of every meaningful
interaction he has.

Miles Arnell
Founder
You may recognize Miles from his performances at the affiliate ball, or have worked with him already in one of his previous business endeavors, as he’s quickly gained notoriety within the performance marketing community over the last several years. Determined to make LeadBaron a company with an image, and more than just a generic blend of metrics and dry conversations, Miles brings years of marketing experience to LeadBaron with a diverse and unique background. An accomplished singer/songwriter, you may have seen Miles’ social media where he’s rubbing shoulders with celebrities, entertaining thousands on stage opening for iconic acts like Nelly, heard his music on iHeart radio, Spotify or Apple music, and building his own fanbase that saw him signing a record deal with a Sony music label, recording with multi-platinum producers, and traveling all over the country performing and spearheading his own social media marketing efforts over many years leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sadly, the pandemic saw the dissolution of his management and label deal, and as an entertainer, essentially left him without a job. Being a faith based man, he trusted his intuition and his calling to continue exploring new opportunities and never give up, discovering the performance marketing industry during the lowest point of his life during the pandemic.
After working for others and learning the tricks of the trade, he’s since co-founded two different network companies and scaled both to several million dollars in revenue, promptly positioning himself as a serious contender in the industry. It’s with this experience taking full responsibility for almost every separate facet of the business, from sales, to finances, to client management and team building, that he’s chosen to start LeadBaron as an internally sourced company.
